How to Convert Sony PMW-EX1R MXF/XDCAM to ProRes 422 HQ MOV for FCP X
Step 1. Add MXF/XDCAM files to the program
First of all, transfer MXF/XDCAM files from Sony PMW-EX1R to Mac.
Click "Add Video" or "Add from folder" button on the top menu to browse and choose your MXF/XDCAM files
